Grand Residences

The apartment is really big and comfortable, the location is excellent to see Chania.

The place was clean and big enough for our family of 7. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast provided was good too!

We had an issue with the hot water for the 3 days we were there. Somehow the water heater was not working at all times but the owners tried their best to help us. Really appreciate that.

We liked: - the responsiveness of the managers. We had a few teething problems upon arrival (wifi connection & linen) but they were quite reactive to fix them. - the proximity to the historical center. We could do everything by foot. - the inclusion of breakfast

- we started on the wrong foot as when we booked the room it was marketed with a private jacuzzi and this was the reason why we picked this place vs alternatives in the first place. There was none and we were told that it was a bug in the presentation - it apparently has been fixed (but no luck for us). - the rooms have no shutters but only curtains. Therefore, there is residual light in the room during the light and for those who need obscurity this may be a problem. - it is quite noisy at night. People shout in the street and the room is at the back of a small commercial gallery and the sound resonates.

Location is great! Hosts are friendly! The shared pool is a big plus during the hot days

The property is situated in the new part of town yet less than a five minute walk to the stunning old town. It’s perfectly situated in a location where you have easy access to all the amenities you need, whilst also being tucked away for a peaceful stay. The Grand Residence is spread out over three floors which gives you ample space and privacy when going as a group, family or friends. The property is impeccably clean throughout, with fresh towels provided for the shower, poolside or beach. Breakfast is provided from a wonderful bakery across the road, where the staff will welcome you with a smile, freshly made coffee or orange juice along with your food to either eat in or take away. The lovely team even waved us off on our departure. The hosts of Grand Residences are so warm and attentive. They will be there to greet you and show you around and check in with you through your stay via messages to ensure you have a comfortable stay and extremely informative on places of recommendation to visit, contacts for taxis etc. When sending messages to the hosts they are so incredibly swift to reply. I couldn’t speak anymore highly of the hosts, the property, Crete and the people. We loved our stay so much we are hoping to return again sometime in the future. Just WONDERFUL!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hosts are amazing and super responsive to all our needs from breakfast provided by the little cafe opposite to any thing we asked the were there to answer our questions.
