"Superb"

The apartment is wonderful, stylish and spacious. Very well located in the center. The hosts are very hospitable, they served us local fruits, they arranged breakfast for Sunday, because the local bakery was closed.

We missed a pan in the apartment, a knife of various sizes (it was difficult to cut a watermelon), we couldn't find washing powder for washing clothes. Since the apartment had a lot of large windows, you could hear the street noise a lot, so we woke up a lot at night. The pool is not heated, the water was very cold, the children could not get in. Maybe on very hot days it warms up and it's fun to refresh.

"Extremely good value for what you get"

I loved our stay in this beautiful apartament and the hosts were most helpful. It was one of the best private properties I stayed at via booking.com and I travel a lot. It is stylish, extremely spacious, and I quiet enough to get good night's sleep.

"New and nice apartment in the centre"

The hosts were very friendly and helpful! The apartment is new and very clean. The location conveniently in the centre. We can strongly recommend a stay at Grand Residences!

As it is in the center, it can sometimes be a little bit noisy in the night at the w/e. But the flip side is that you are in the centre. Also very nice and cute park right next to Grand Residences.

"There was a beautiful time in Chania!"

It was a beautiful time in Chania. We are very satisfied. Nice breakfast, pleasant people, all the important places are very close to the apartments.

There was not comfortable bed on the lowest floor. We would like to have a bigger fridge. Even though this owner helped us with all our needs.

The place itself is modern, really really comfortable, equipped with everything you need, furthermore the owners are so caring and kind, and they will help you with anything you need or want. The pool is really nice and we could even make a BBQ that was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend Grand Residences. It surprised us that the breakfast was included in the bakery in front of the apartments crossing the street, that was amazing. If we come back to Chania now we know where we will stay!
