Homely 1-Bed Apartment in Birmingham

The property was really nice and the host were very friendly and helpful

- overall nice looking ground floor flat with private access from the back garden. - in clean condition - has a big sofa and smart tv - kitchen tea towel, bath towel & toilet roll provided but no oven gloves

- heater making really loud noise when heating up & down (my baby kept waking up crying) - A huge bay window in the bedroom which has very thin vertical blinds that lets in so much light & makes it impossible to sleep - upstairs floor constantly making creaking noise when people are walking/moving - bright green (exit) light in bedroom & living room which disturbed sleep - no actual radiator in the living room but owner provided a fan heater which doesn't keep room warm for long. - adequate bedding provided but very bobbled - power shower doesn't work properly & poor hot water supply - cooker is really old & gives off a bad burning smell when cooking - street parking is free but it was impossible to get any space on the same street. We ended up having to park 25mins away which isn't ideal with babies or kids or if coming late at night. -

Very comfortable and in a great location and the staff was very easy to contact and respond 👍

Only one thing I wasn't expecting was the shower and how worked. But not that big of a deal

Got the check in detailsHea 1.5 hours before I arrived. I had to keep asking for them as they didn't arrive one week before as outlined

Heating was not that great. Also very noisy from tenants upstairs

Property owner was super nice and helpful. Perfect for a group of friends.

Shower takes times to drain as the bathroom is a wet room.

Property was very clean and in very good condition. Host was very helpful.
