Tolle Lage, in die Jahre gekommen, leider etwas ungepflegt, Preis: Leistung dafür toll!

Room was very clean. Hotel interior was very impressive a beautiful marble staircase. The reason I scored a little low was was the exterior of the hotel definitely need some maintenance. It is really showing its age. I couldn't really comment positively on the staff because there wasn't any. This is due to this being a unique hotel and having an electronic booking system where there is no reception but you do everything online. And this also includes getting your barcode for your hotel room. This was unique and actually quite useful. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially at the price that they were offering such a great room. I would definitely stay here again

Unkomplieziert ein und auschecken, freundlich und sehr speditiv. Saubere und komfortable Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Come già dicevo, l'unica nota veramente dolente è la troppa digitalizzazione. L'ascensore, in salita, non parte senza aver letto il QR (media di tentativi, quattro; in discesa invece il QR non serve). Non c'è nemmeno un computer con una stampante: per stampare una pagina in .pdf (tra l'altro il Ticino Ticket, che era compreso nella prenotazione) sono dovuto andare fino a Locarno e perdere una mattina intera. Check in e check out (questo una vera sorpresa) devono essere inseriti a sistema dal cliente. Unico personale presente, una signora molto accogliente in sala (poche ore al mattino, per il resto deserto totale) che cerca anche di andare oltre il dovuto, ma ovviamente non può fare miracoli. Tutto questo, ovviamente, per tagliare i costi; comprensibile, ma anche al taglio dei costi deve esserci un limite.

Tutto bene, eccetto perché Hotels.com non ci ha provvisto del codice necessario per fare il self check-in. Comunque abbiamo chiamato al numero di reception e mi hanno aiutato.

L enregistrement se fait a une borne automatique, malheureusement. En effet, le code de réservation expedia nest pas reconnu. Jai du passer mon tour, et appeler le numero d urgence affiche. Au global 30 minutes de perdu. Le nom de l hotel est trompeur, rechercher l hotel Esplanade. Le style grand siecle est sympa, hôtel est bien place en hauteur mais le service n en est pas digne. On est plutot sur du 2 étoiles 1 nuit horrible car isolation phonique tres mauvaise Les prises électriques de l'éclairage est dangereux La tv est antique. Bref mauvais rapport qualité prix

Check in Automat sehr umständlich, Lage gut ud für ein Weekend ok wenn man raus kann, im Hotel selber gibts nichts
