fantastic views and comfortable beds

the view was amazing. the balcony with a fire pit was nice to relax on and enjoy an glass of wine and the view.

lack of staff, there was only on person on duty at a time during our stay. the place is still undergoing work/upgrades, when the heater was on the condensation from the unit dripped onto the balcony, lastly the lounge could use some soft music and be lighted.

The view was stunning, however, getting the site can be difficult, as the road was uneven to the recent rains. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. Erika and her assistant were attentive with all the details.

The breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing, as were the views! Security staff was also helpful.

Communication was poor. We received a text with directions, letting us know there was a dirt road and advising us to come in a 4WD vehicle. This would have been fine, but the text came just a few shorts hours before check in. We were already on the road (and over the border) and unable to change vehicles. This should have come at least a day or multiple days before check-in. Additionally, we never saw the manager on the premises, only security and breakfast staff. When I tried to call the number, it could not be completed as dialed. We had selected this hotel for the hot tub, but the hot tub was never turned on and never warm. We had to request to have it turned on, but it never heated up. Additionally, there were frequent power outages, which made our air conditioning unit beep incessantly all night, even though it was off. Finally, it was clear finishes had been hastily done -- doors didn't close easily, I could see visible dry wall taping through the paint, the bathroom door handle was off kilter. Unfortunately, not what we expected for over $300 a night.

First of all the place didn't have a clear path on the map and no directions and it took me more than 30 minutes to find the road, it was so bad I thought my car is going to break down. Second, we go there late the place was so scary, no lights in the building, no gate, and no security. Don't go there, it's not safe.

this property was beautiful! we had a lot of privacy, and the fire places outside were a great touch! great location! friendly staff and very helpful.

we came when it was a bit rainy and cold. I would say maybe some heating in the main area. like space heaters or lamps. for some reason we couldn’t get our shower to be a normal temperature, it was either really hot, like unbearable hot, or too cold like not enjoyable, we had to kinda just use our hands, like cup our hands and pour it on to wash our bodies with the hot water and quickly. we were only there one night. so we only used the shower once.

We were disappointed with the place; you will need an off-road vehicle to get to this place, not a private road, and no signs to guide you to the site—undrivable roads with a steep hill. No nearby restaurants. No iron/boards or blow drier. Not worth the price. Dogs were barking all night. I booked for two nights and left on the first night.
