We really like the service. Breakfast was very good, the room was very clean and it had a phenomenal view.

The road to get there was dangerous.

Gorgeous property with the best view we’ve experience in Valle so far! The rooms are beautifully designed, and we appreciated the plunge pool and personal fire pits. The shower was a bit difficult to get consistent warm water from, but we’ve experience that before with other hotels and they likely run of water tanks.

This hotel met all the requirements. From the staff service, cleanliness, comfort and the breathtaking view. From the moment we arrived we were greeted at the gate with a warm welcome. My husband loved the detail the hotel left for us at the room. The breakfast was freshly made the next morning. The view this hotel provides does not compare to any other place. Everything we needed during our stay was available. This place surpassed my expectations. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel. I highly recommend it. Definitely coming back with my family!

The only recommendation I would make is maybe signs to lead to the entrance of the hotel, but the instructions were pretty straightforward.

the property is still in its infant state. There is room for improvement. Although I’m a world traveler and recognize there are elements outside of one’s control when a property is advertised as exclusive you except top notch EVERYTHING. For instance the light would come and go a minimum of 2-3 times per day. The staff was kind to let us know with anticipation and explained during the day the property switched from operation to solar panal operation. The Ac was not working when we arrived but it did get fixed shortly after nonetheless the AC in the room was not equipped for its size. Second, the smell of propane was inevitable. This might be because the property runs power of a generator. Again, still in an infant state. Third, a multitude of large insects were found inside the room. When you’re paying $300 plus per day for a room you don’t want an excuse. Last, the lobby needs a control climate. Due to no Ac I’m the Area we were unable to enjoy our breakfast therefore we took the food back to the room to eat on the bed in better Climate conditions.
