Hôtel Robespierre

An avarage hotel for a short stay in Paris. Don't expect much. A very basic hotel, only for night stay and go. Old hotel and without kettle, towel hangers and unfortunately dark and insufficient lightning. I'd definitely prefer another hotel for comfort, but it is very central opposite to the Robespierre metro station and the neighbourhood is multicultural which was very interesting for me. There are lots of markets nearby and also a supermarket and a nice bakery and park, also very nice cafes, bars and restaurants around. The best thing I remember about the hotel was its very closeness to Vincennes which is really a very stylish French area.

Noice room not a fan or A/C missing toilet paper or soap dirty carpet

L'établissement (hall d'entrée, salle de réception, chambre et salle de bain) sont propres. Cependant, beaucoup de choses sont à revoir sérieusement... Odeur de vieux largement perceptible en entrant, téléviseur hors service, espace des toilettes très étroit par devant (pas de possibilité de passer les jambes, sauf si expert en Yoga et placer les jambes derrière la tête) Les photos ne ressemble pas du tout à la réalité. Les murs ne sont pas insonorisés (réveillé en pleine nuit par l'expression démesurée des ébats érotiques venant d'une autre chambre) Point positif: C'est propre, le lit est confortable et le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.

Horrible experience! Please never ever book this property. Wifi is not working, no air conditioning. Very hot, no way can stay there. My family (with my 3 kids) had just checked on Jun 22 and then we decided to leave. The kids cannot stay there at all. Room has bug spray smell. We were told to open the windows to keep cooler. The area and the public transportation are not safe! I talked to front desk and told them that the room conditions is not what we expected, too hot and wifi is not working. The told me they will do the refund. Then we left! But until now…already June 27…we haven’t got refund at all. We booked through Expedia , trying to connect with them, but no one pick up phone, no one reply email. On the website says there is shuttle at airport for pick up, however, there is none.

Réception 24h, et à deux minutes de la ligne 9 (métro); ce qui est très bien. Par contre, les murs sont en carton... on entend les gens ronfler, éternuer, parler, etc. Le principal point négatif de cet hôtel est que c'est très bruyant. La chambre réservée ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos! Aucune climatisation; bon à savoir si on voyage l'été. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas, et il n'y avait pas de ventilation là non plus. La chambre me paraissait propre, le matelas relativement confortable, mais les oreillers ont connu des jours meilleurs.

Emplacement sympa mais mur très très fin. Nous avons pu profiter de ce qu’il se passait chez les voisins
