It's clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are lovely, and it's right by the metro, bus stops, supermarket, a lively square, and a big park. Very convenient.

La chambre puait le tabac ! La moquette, les draps… tout était imprégné. Les prises de courant ne marchaient pas : impossible charger mon téléphone ou travailler sur ordinateur. Bruit de la ventilation de la salle de bain élevé et gênant.

Ficamos uma única noite e não foi muito boa, o elevador só cabe uma pessoa por vez com malas, o quarto era até ok até ir pro banho, não tinha água quente.

Chambre propre mais le chauffage n'a pas été mis en route. Du coup il a fait froid toute la nuit avec un chauffage insuffisant

Les photos misent sur hotel.com ne reflètent pas la réalité. Il s'agit tout simplement d'un hotel de passe. Chambre lugubre, de la moisissure sur les murs, plein de cloques egalement. Une odeur horrible. Nous avons pris la décision de ne pas y rester avec ma femme.

Inexpensive very European hotel that is close to the Metro so that one can enjoy all the amenities that Paris has to offer. It is hard to rate this hotel. Overall it was clean and staff was accommodating. The carpets in my room were very stained, but traveling with a dog it made me less worried about her. I had to pay a pet deposit and when I left, they checked the room and said my dog soiled the carpet. I told them she did not and I was glad to share the photos when we got there. I received my €50.00 back. There is no AC and the street is noisy with the apartments across the way able to see in. Made it hard to have the windows open at night to keep cool. There is a tiny 1 person lift that I barely fit into with my large backpack. The little things that baffled me were mostly the European way vs America. Overall, it worked out and I loved my time in Paris.

Hotel has very good location, is very closed to Metro number 9, many shops, supermarket and restaurants around, with good prices for the food. We had a room number 322, it was really clean with heating, every day we get clean fresh towels. The beds were very comfortable. We didnt hear any noise from the coridor or from outside. Every morning you get continental breakfast, but what else you can wish. For me was ok and were nice. When I was reading comments about hotel I was scared, please dont believe it, I can recommended staying in this hotel.

Hotel is located near metro but there is only one escalator in this station. Main street is a bit noisy. Restaurants have various ethnic backgrounds. Two blocks away there are nice cafes, patisserie, wine shop and market square. Evening front desk lady was super helpful. Just ask hair dryer or hot water. Rooms have tv but no safe, fridge nor water pan. Bed was good and room was very clean. There is carpet. Room is very humid during rainy day. There is no a/c. Toilet was very small and shelf was loose so there was no place to lay your stuff. I think this is ok hotel as Paris standard and good with this price.

Pros: Accommodation is very near to train/Metro station. That’s the only good part. Cons: Lift is so small that if you have claustrophobia, you’ll not even go in. All pictures on the portals are photoshopped, rooms are very old looking. Tiles are out in the bathroom, you can’t sit on the toilet seat if you have long legs, paint on the walls is coming out from so many places. Please check the pictures.
