Lovely peaceful location with ample space for dogs to enjoy. Comfortable seating within and good facilities. Good local facilities within walking distance. All in all a lovely place for a peaceful break.

Lovely peaceful location, beds were very comfortable had a lovely nights sleep! Would definitely book this again when visiting Blackpool

Location was quietish as next to a main road,evenings was quiet but mornings abit noisy,it was a bit strange staying in someone's back garden,but it sort of wked for us,just being an older couple with no children,chalet was tidy,

There was no hoover,so we couldn't tidy up to how we wanted to a hoover would of made it easier to do,,it could do with a couple side tables in front room to put cups on as no where apart from floor or in your hand to put them,the far bedroom ,mattress was good but in other bedroom mattress does need changing as it's abit lumpy here and there,also could do with a gate on balcony especially wen u have a dog and your staying in someone else's back garden,which leads on to a busy main road,lt also makes it a bit more private for yourself and person living there,£24 fines for everything and anythg can be abit intimidating, your there to relax,you don't need warnings and fines for everything,I would like to thk people staying there treat the place with respect without all the fines,as there was alot of fines stated,but overall with a few tweeks our stay was fine

Radiators not working in both bathrooms , or in one bedroom . Dining room chairs need looking at . No dust pan and brush to help clear floor if needed .

The place was quite cozy but should have another radiator in the lounge ,but overall very.good

Towel heating rail didn't work ,would've been nice to have little tables in the lounge

Was a lovely looking caravan in till you started looking at it .. and was lovely and warm

Blinds that worked tv that was not burnt a table and chairs that could have been sat on .. they were broken .. and could have been cleaner
