The hosts, Davide and Giovanna, are superb! Communication was seamless, and they went out of their way to make me as their guest feel welcomed and right at home. The location of the rooms was very convenient. I was working at the University of Catania, with the department only a 5-10 minute walk away. There is a Lidl supermarket not too far either for grocery shopping. A basic communal kitchen makes it perfect for making ones own meals, and I could easily eat breakfast before work each morning. My room was neatly arranged and very comfortable. Plenty of space, with all required amenities for a pleasant stay. Can only highly recommend for short- or longer-term visits.

Nothing! Everything was great! Perhaps only one helpful comment: there was only one plug near the bed, which has the bedside light in it. If you want to charge your phone or devices near the bedside table, then perhaps pack a small multi-plug adapter.

Very clean, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed.

A few minor tweaks would make the property even better. More clothes line pegs and a sun lounger on the balcony would make it fantastic.

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is quite convenient, as it's just a 6-10 minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it easy to get around the city. My room was spotless and well-maintained, contributing to a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Generally positive experience. However, there are a few areas for improvement. It would be great if the room included some shower gel and more than just two rolls of toilet paper. Additionally, there was a little noise from the traffic and neighbors in the adjacent flats, which could be bothersome at times. Providing slippers would also be a nice touch. On the plus side, the location is convenient, although the 6-10 minute walk to the metro is uphill, which might be a consideration for some. Overall, a decent stay with room for some small improvements.

The room was very clean and cozy. There was shared kitchen which was very clean and mostly free. The room had a private bathroom.

I stayed here for a week and I couldn't be more satisfied with the room. Davide was very nice to welcome me and introduced me all the facilities. I even had chance to meet his cute daughter! I met the cleaning lady once and she was also very very sweet. The room is spacious and clean, with a TV that even has Netflix connection! The kitchen is also very convenient with everything you might need. With the metro nearby, it takes about 15 mins to get to the central location. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend to stay at this place.
