Extremely clean. The host is very friendly and helpful.

No restaurant or supermarket close by. The closest one is around 20mins walk. Not a problem if you drive or use the metro.

Ottima struttura e ottima la gestione. Migliorerei solo un tantino l'insonorizzazione soprattutto della porta della camera che da nel corridoio della struttura, per il resto tenita benissimo, proprietari disponibilissimi ed è andato tutto in modo perfetto

Owners are great. Helpfull with everything you need you cant wish for better. Rooms are clean and equiped with everything you need.

Surrounding is quite messy which takes 1 point out of 10 but overall great place to stay in Catania.
