Location and facilities are excellent. Decor and finishing are high spec, but just a few fine touches are needed to really make it truly high spec. The parking facilities are really a great idea. Would definitely book again.

No information on stairs to climb so need to indicate that top floors not suitable for disabled people. Check out is ridiculously early; no one leaves at 1030am. It should be 11 or 12 otherwise one barely gets full use of the price paid. Rooms could do with an armchair Bathrooms need a bath mat/floor towel.

Location is brilliant

The bed is always in a corner and you have to literally climb out of bed . I have stayed here several times and its always spotless, its just the bed shoved into a corner that let's it down especially if you had mobility issues
