free parking was a good point all utensilies you need to cook is there bed confortable very close city ground. great point

shower hasn't enough space to move inside water run out in middle of my morning shower. back few minutes later that's bad point

"Wonderful place to stay in a beautiful city."

Location is excellent. Lots of places to eat and have a glass of wine or a beer nearby. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Mrs. Buns bakery/shop across the road does excellent breakfast food and baked treats. Free parking is an added bonus. Room is spacious and was very clean. Everything you need in a little kitchen was included. Our contact person was very helpful and responsive when we had a quick question about parking.

Would have liked to have some extra towels and a couple of hand towels too. Not a deal breaker, but would be nice.

"Great location, perfect for sporting events and enjoying West Bridgford."

Location was perfect for us as attending a rugby match at Lady Bay. Also West Bridgford is a great area to stay with plenty of good pubs and places to eat. Property very clean and most of the appliances looked new. Door code system worked well and we had no problems with access. Tea and coffee provided in the room.

The bed was a little on the small side (think it was a standard double). Also we booked a deluxe room but difficult to see why this was any different to a standard one. The rooms with bay windows looked bigger?

Location

Not a lot of privacy. Overlooking the carpark Stayed for 2 weeks A clean in between would have been appreciated
