The views from hotel's rooms, the staff are relly helpful & friendly and the location-easy to reach other parts of Jakarta via nearby highway

No separation area for smokers & non-smokers on terrace during breakfast hours, lack of pantry tools (no spoons/stirring sticks) for coffee & tea available in the room, no small plates for cup, no glass cup for tea (only ceramic mugs available) and the lobby bit too small for meet up.

A New hotel with complete modern facilities in Tangerang. First impression entering a hotel area was very clean & comfortable, Coming to front desk, directly i was welcomed by Mr. Dery , a nice friendly helpful staff who did my check in process & Mr. Bram who offered to bring my luggages. Getting room superior with a best view 2627, it's gorgeous. My family & i could enjoy a beautiful city view & mountains view. The breakfast was nice & having a lot of varians menu. All restaurant staffs were friendly, especially Miss. Ria. Pool on the 16th floor was completed with kid pool & jacuzzi, gym, basketball field & playground. Recommend hotel should be tried. Thank you Trembesi Hotel. Surely we will visit here back.
