Trembesi Hotel

Everything about the hotel,location,facilities,staff,the room amd food. The room was huge and spacious beyond my expectation. The ceiling to floor window concept and see through glass door bath room where you can see the bath tub from your bed. Complete ammenities with mini fridge a kitchen sink,pair of sleeper and touch screen control pannel where you can control everything in one place. Huge and comfy bed with very fluffy pillow. Higher floor where you can see the landscape of rawa buntu and BSD area.... I Feel homie and almost don't want to go . They have a cool jacuzzy too and infinitti pool and also eqquiped gym on the 16 floor. The staff was excellent very friendly hospitality service. The view was amazing especially during night time. Hotel also close to street food option just behind the building. The hotel it self seem new everything was in working condition and in perfect order.

Very selected food option whether inroom dinning or breakfast food selection. The towel are torn and bit stain on the pillow case. Hopefully they will looking into.

I’ve been here quiet some times and this is the first time I’ve had their Breakfast in the 6th floor. The food was So-So and nothing special about it but that was okay, the only thing that made me LOST my appetite is the Young Waitress Lady that are very not nice, i was asking her where&when the dimsum will be refilled? And she said “Umm kayaknya lagi di refill, SABAR” Excuse me? I’m only asking and not rushing anything Is it proper for a 4 star hotel service to act that way, make me feel like I’m a starving monster 🤣 And thats was Okaayyy not a big deal for me but the other thing is that because she said “Be Patient” so i was expected okay the dimsum will be refilled but after 10-15 mins i waited and check it’s still empty only 1 pao there and I asked to her again bcs I only meet her i asked where is the dimsum? and she said “Kayaknya abis deh kak” hmm okay now I’m offended, why are u telling me an uncertain things? And u don’t even smiling and Apologize (at least) i can understand that kind of things happened but The Attitude, like REALLY? And then I met her again for some time bcs i take some drink back and forth and she doesn’t even smile at me or try to greet me even she just throwed her face over me and only the housekeeping staffs that is greet me and very nice, i feel like there is no hospitality in that place, idk if u can say it’s a 4 stars hotel service too bad for me. And funny thing is that when i finish my bfast the dimsum station is filled and no one tell me seeing that I have mad and I am just so dissapointed I’m sorry 🤣 Hope you can Train your staff what is hospitality actually means :)
