"disappointing stay at Trembesi."

Low price, generic experience. It's a new building, still poorly maintained. Staff does not have training in a 4 star experience. There is a nice spa area at the hotel.

Three small elevators in a hotel with 28 floors will make a problem. Two restaurants only used to serving buffet meals. A la carte is not a viable option. No room service option. Unable to get an invoice from staff when booking from Booking.com
