"Spacious and bright room with overlooking views, but inconsistent service"

Spacious and bright room. Great reading corner by the large window (window is able to stay cool even during the afternoon). Breakfast spread is mainly Indonesian but has a good range of meats/vegetables and basic breads and fruits.

Service of room cleaning is inconsistent - they cleared my entire bar hand soap even when it was barely touched and gave me a new one; some parts of the floor had still have dirt on them even after cleaning; sometimes don't replace water bottles. Bathtub is a bit weird and often gets floor of bathroom wet. No hand towels provided, but able to request.

The room has pretty nice view from above. Good facility as well

I came late to check-in and the room still hasn’t ready yet. I have to wait for a couple of hours. That’s very disappointing. Also I have 2 rooms. 1 room has a very good air conditioner but the other room has a very bad air conditioner. About the cleaning, I find some rubbish hiding on the floor and sofa when I checked in. They not even sweep the floor when I ask for cleaning.
