We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and it was a great location for exploring the city. The one issue we had was with the laundry machine.

Good location. Cleaning staff very kind.

Very difficult to communicate with the property. Was not informed of the security deposit when booking. I informed the property 5/6 times we would like to drop our bags off at 12, they did not take note of it once and again had to ring the company on the day.

Pretty good for students, but not for families. Great proximity to pubs, restaurants, but just a bit loud. Broken toilet seat as well

The location was really good except parking was a fair way away

The hot water was set at scalding temperature & couldn’t regulate with cold. No cold water at kitchen sink. No plug to wash up even though detergent was supplied. Stairs were horrendously dangerous. Difficult for overseas travellers to get info only a girl by name of Natalia(she was so helpful & kind to us) was there to help us that we could access our stay. Needs a toilet upstairs with bedrooms.
