"Dismal! No way of heating downstairs in the middle of winter!! The price for 1 night far too high!!"

The kitchen/living and bathroom area had no heating whatsoever and it was freezing cold!!! We had to leave coats hats and gloves on!!!

Location was very good. Fair price for what it is. Key self check in worked out to be easy. Reasonable value for money mainly because of the location.

Tiny bathroom for a 3 bedroom apartment, beds were a little small also

"Great location, everything else disappointing"

Location was perfect, and the back courtyard.

Wifi didn’t work at all. Third bedroom too small. Kitchen not stocked enough with utensils and tea towels etc. Tiny bathroom for 7 people.

"Convenient for city centre visit"

Great location just off Eyre Square, quiet at nighttime, very clean, well equipped, nice patio seating out the back.

No upstairs toilet/bathroom.
