Nothing was nice

The room and the photo doesn't match at all. Very disappointing, the room was dirty and full of cockroaches. The bathroom was filthy. The location was not the same as the Google Map, took us 1hour to locate the hotel. I want to check out the hotel and the staff say I can't as I have booked for 2 nights. I sent message to booking.com and allowed me to modify it. However the staff there charged me 3000 INR instead of just 1117.01 INR as I only saw the email couple of days later. They didn't even issue receipt and say Booking.com will sent. As we can't stand the place we just paid and left not knowing we were charged additional. We don't recommend this place at all

It is not what it is shown in pics on booking.com. Rooms are shabby, A/C does not work, toilets are dirty. Staff behaviour was rude, they charged extra amount and didn't even provide the bill when asked for
