GT Grande Hotel-Near US Consulate

Definitely those is not good for family. First of all the property was not cleaned and we had to wait for 15 mines in lobby. Lift was smelling a lot. Though room was spacios as described it was not clean at all. Mirrors in room are terrible. I see insects were also there. AC remote won't work. It stays in 18 only. Flush were always leaking and floor was slippery. Manager helped with additional mat, that was the only positive. I don't recommend for family.

I did not like a single thing about the hotel. Bed was not comfortable. There were no water in the room. A.c remote was not working. The light was very deem. It was very scary. Only the person at reception was ok.

I would like to get my refund or give me proper credit.

The is not spacious, no table chair for reading writing, no hanger to hang dress. No tea coffee provided in the room. Taps are very hard to open. Need improvement to enhanced customers satisfactions.

Staff were smiling but not prompt.

Rooms were not cleaned even after request. For everything one had to ask repeatedly and wait. Suffocation caused from cooking smell for want of exhaust fan in the OPEN KITCHEN. Drainage if water from shower in opposite direction from the sink hole on the floor.

The most outstanding aspect of this hotel was the service from all their staffs. Checking in was a breeze and they always did their best to accommodate requests not just from me but the other guests that I saw at the check in desk as well. Food at this hotel was also very good. We didn't get to try the restaurants here unfortunately but the breakfast buffet and in-room dining was always nice and fresh. Location of the hotel as well was very convenient for us with regards to shopping. Was also pretty easy and reasonably priced to arrange for transportation through their travel desk.

Very bad experience, no coordination of the staff. We were give the rooms only at 3 pm inspite of giving advance notice. Pest control was being done and we had a very difficult time. The rooms are not clean, ACs are not working and bathrooms were stinking. Would not recommend.
