Perfekte Lage, komfortables Zimmer

Komme mehrere Jahre hinterher und dieses Jahr habe ich eine Verschlechterung bemerkt: bei der Kaffemaschine kommt anstatt Trinkkakao nur eine grauenhafte wässrige Masse (war 3 Nächte und war täglich konstant), der Haartrockner im Zimmer war defekt, Polster zu dick und unbequem. Beim Frühstücksangebot gibt es noch kaum frisches Obst...
