"Very convenient for train station and access to University of Liverpool."

Great breakfast selection across cooked and continental, very delicious overnight oats. Two observations; 1. not sure garlic mushrooms are suitable for full English cooked breakfast 2. Sausages were poor quality, low meat content, they were cooked but to a insipid pale colour. Please cook them more!

Not being able to open the windows for fresh air overnight.

Perfect location at the side of the train station. Beautiful hotel, comfortable modern rooms very clean. Amazing breakfast and no mad rush to check out early. Will definitely stay here again. 10/10

"Great location nice stylish room and hotel."

Fabulous decoration and stylish look. Clean large room. Tempted by coffee pods they looked delicious! Staff super helpful and friendly. Luxury feel to the place.

Hallway decoration could do with refreshing. Coffee machine in room needs a thorough cleaning. Bed on hard side, had to use my topper. Food expensive for what it was, music very loud couldn't chat easily over food.
