White House at Grand Central & Washington Blvd

That was a very comfortable place and we experienced a very pleasant stay! Location was amazing, midway between Forest Park and the city center.

It’s only a suggestion, curtains in apt A could be blackened out since there’s a street lamp in front the building.

Location is exceptional and the apartment itself was adequate and reasonably comfortable.

The listing varied from misleading to downright false. The original listing said in multiple places that there was in unit laundry. The laundry is actually in the basement, is paid and only one machine of each type takes a credit card, so if you don't happen to have a roll of quarters, the others are useless. The in unit part has since been changed after my complaint, but the cost and quarters are still not mentioned. The listing also says there is street parking and charges may apply. It leaves out that the parking is $2/hour and can only be paid two hours at a time, and a transaction fee applies to every two hour increment. It also leaves out that four of the apartments are on the third floor with no elevator. There is a lot of noise and ambient light at night.

Nice clean cosy house was a good location to a few things very close to the university

Was a bit hard to check in had to walk 1.5 miles to work checking in from the other site especially when carrying bags.
