Appealing asthatic good ambience and what expected in Bhuj

Reception staff, other attendees staff was not well educated nor good disciplined as well as seems not upto the standard of 4 star property

Liked the overall openness and vastness of the property

The rooms should be made available to the guests latest by 11.00 am as all flights and trains coming to Bhuj arrive early in the morning and the guests reach to the by 8.30 am. Also, the service in the restaurants is quite slow.

the location was v good

the toilet seat was broken ,i asked for a extra bed but they gave me a mattress the sink had a big crack in the sink

Facilities are good, on their way to being a 5 star facility. Work still ongoing in a few parts. Spa was excellent value for money.

Most likely it’s perfect for the local customer. Staff are friendly but need more training if they want to do international hospitality. For an international standard the service was between 3-4 star. Just things on how to interact with guests would help especially in the restaurant.

It is a beautiful property with beautiful ambience and amazing facilities. The rooms as well as the entire resort were super impressive. The breakfast and the dinner buffet were elaborate and delicious. All the staff at the property were very courteous and polite.
