Location was fab. Bathroom was filthy. Boiler didn't work, had freezing cold shower! Definitely wasn't worth the money. If the boiler was fixed and the property had a good clean it wouldn't of been so bad.

How dirty the bathroom was.

Nothing.The property was filthy. Unsafe flooring and windows held with duct tape. The freezer was a block of ice with broken shelves and old food. On checking with the local council, the property isn't licensed, which is a criminal offence.

Caledonia Luxe Stays, also known as FLYT Stays, refused any refund and did nothing to help . They broke off all contact and blocked our number.. We had to move out and lose money. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

Location and proximity to local amenities (shops and places to eat), free parking, size of apartment was great for family of 4. Warm and cozy feel t the place. Good WiFi and TV services

Location was perfect with spacious rooms

Unfortunately the bed settee in the living room was very lumpy, and it felt like the frame which appeared to be of metal construction was digging into you as you were trying to get to sleep so little sleep achieved for the people using this bed.

It was comfortable, welcoming feel. Pictures hanging was lovely. Decor could do with being updated.

The fact it took us 3 hours to actually get in the apartment, couldn't get key out of lock box. Then when we did it was the wrong key s. Terrible contacting for help.
