Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. One child 12 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. A car is not required for transportation to and from this property.

A estadia foi excelente. Muito atenciosos, fizeram diversos momentos muito especiais: docinhos todas as noites, fogueiras para tomar um bom vinho, recepção com champanhe, café da manhã maravilhoso (muitas opções, inclusive la carte)… Meu noive me pediu em casamento durante nossa estadia e o hotel deu todo o suporte para tomar ainda mais especial. Com certeza voltarei!

Uma experiência diferenciada! Um hotel que se preocupa com o nosso bem estar desde a chegada até a saída! Mesmo tendo problemas com a piscina do nosso quarto o hotel se preocupou em nos trocar de quarto assim que possível que tivemos excelentes momentos em família… o café da manhã um espetáculo a parte muitas coisinhas diferentes sendo servidas adorei , tudo gostoso! Tivemos uma experiência incrível no Laghetto Château! O café da manhã é simplesmente perfeito, com muitas opções deliciosas, e o atendimento foi impecável — equipe atenciosa e acolhedora. A única observação foi uma infiltração no quarto devido à chuva, mas fora isso, tudo foi maravilhoso e com certeza voltaríamos!
