Great location. Close to cruise ship port. The room was nice. I could smell a little cigarette smoke. The tv was annoying. It had a sign that went from one side to the other stating that it was a UHD TV. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel itself is great, but the staff could definitely improve. They were lacking basic norms of cordiality, such as greeting clients properly, and at times acted as if attending guests was a bother. A more professional and friendly approach would make the experience much better. I believe with better training for the staff, this hotel could truly live up to its potential. Unlike other Marriott hotels, this property doesn’t truly treat customers with the warmth and professionalism one would expect.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The hotel amenities were easy to access. The hotel felt welcoming on arrival and the rooms were very large. The pool area was lovely to sit at in the morning. Overall we had a great experience and it was so close to the ports for our cruise.

The property was great.

When we arrived to check in, the gentleman did not ask us about how are we going to get to our port. if he had asked us, then we would’ve booked a shuttle. We ended up not ordering a shuttle. We ended up getting an Uber to take us there which was actually cheaper and quicker.
