The hotel was in a fantastic location. It was super close to the cruise port making leaving the hotel and getting to port a breeze (even with 2 littles). Tanina (spelling?) at the front desk/check in for both my stays was wonderful. She was so sweet, helpful, and just a pleasure. She went out of her way to include my kids in the conversation which they loved. My children even asked “I wonder if Ms. Tanina is working when we get back”. If your name is remembered by children, that says something. The whole experience was great.

The only complaint I really had was the on-site restaurant was closed on Monday. That’s really it.
