Excellent location, right in the heart of the old town, step out to hustle and bustle of lovely square and fantastic scenery.

Found the staircase a little steep to the bedroom

Host was responsive and the accommodation was central

There was a hiccup with the cleaners and I didn't end up having my room cleaned once during the 5 night stay. The host did apologize though and given my experience otherwise, I'll chalk it up to a genuine mistake. Also, this didn't bother me but if you have a tough time walking up stairs, this isn't the room for you. There is no elevator and the room is on the 4th floor (US).

Je gaat een prachtige oude trap op en dan…. ben je plotseling in een modern geheel in wit marmer opgetrokken appartement met 4 kamers. Wij hadden er een. Prachtig en compleet met geruisloze airco. Emplacement idéal au cœur de la vieille ville, dans l'enceinte historique, l'endroit où il faut être si vous visitez Split. Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits en famille dans 2 appartements séparés d'un petit immeuble magnifique de 3 étages. J'adore l'architecture, les escaliers larges (identiques à ceux des maisonnettes de la vieille ville de Rome) taillés dans la pierre et le marbre, le design des murs, les.petits carreaux du sol noir et blanc des paliers... Il.est un privilège de séjourner en 2025 dans un lieu aussi chargé d'histoire et fouler son sol même si il a été restauré. Un appartement pour deux personnes avec kitchenette salles de bain et une chambre au premier accessible par un escalier avec marches et plafond en bois. Charmant et cosy. Un deuxième studio pour 3 mitoyen très agréable sous les combles. Propreté impeccable que nous avons fortement apprécié et nous avons été accueillis par une charmante jeune femme souriante et disponible. Je recommande grandement ce lieu charmant et bien rustic.
