The Cottages at Golden Village Palms RV Resort

My husband and I love staying here! The staff is great and the facilities are immaculate! The guests are friendly and there is always something to do. Also they have two great doggie parks for or fur babies!

Checked in late. The security guard (gated property) met me and escorted me to my cottage because it was dark and late. Very friendly, very nice facility. Enjoyed my night, slept well and enjoyed the serenity.

A full service gem with many amenities in a convenient but unexpected location. Staff were super friendly, 3 or 4 pools, 2 spas, billiards, horseshoes, volleyball, etc. Generous full hookup pads with adequate landscaping.

The property was very nice and very clean. The staff were all very pleasant. I really liked the taco Friday and the Sunday brunch was amazing. I was thinking about trying out their Saturday hot dog and hamburger BBQ but brought so much food myself. The location was next to a Home Depot and it sounded like people were working the night shift but other than that, it was nice.

This worked out great for us while we stayed in Hemet for a wedding. The staff was extremely pleasant and engaging. Our unit did not have a hair dryer and they ran one down for us to make sure we had what we needed. The unit was comfortable and quaint. The common used areas such as beds, sinks and showers were extremely clean. We were disappointed to see the refrigerator and counters were very dirty. I mentioned it at check-out and management took my input seriously and sincerely apologized. I should have said something sooner because I am certain they would have taken immediate action. The bed was adequate but not of very high quality (noisy). We did sleep okay though. I would stay there again.

Light bulbs burnt out…bathroom and kitchen. Fixture removed from bedroom, very dark. Shower regulator (hot/cold) needs rebuilt, either all hot or all cold. Very clean and quiet, overall a great experience.

My resort stay and experience at Golden Village Palms resort was excellent you have access to a very nice clean gym, enjoy a swim in either of the 3 pools or Jacuzzi's, have Sunday Mimosas brunch with the residents and your neighbors, everybody's nice and friendly I felt welcomed overall and do recommend anyone traveling in the area to book a stay 🔑 and enjoy the resort for yourself.

Staff was friendly grounds/cottage was amazing and clean 10 out of 10 would stay again.

The management team were ever-present to make sure all of our needs were met. Excellent customer service! Staff was friendly and helpful and the overall vibe from all employees/management was very positive. EXCELLENT customer service at this Resort! They went out of their way to make sure our visit was a good one. Many activities for everyone. We didn't even need to leave the resort for the 3-4 days we were there. There was more than enough to do on-site. Clean, attractive, up-to-date facilities and all at an affordable price. We will definitely be back! Excellent experience!

Place is beautiful and cottage was very comfortable. Only complaint is there is not a registration desk that is open to check in or out. We had to find a worker and they got a hold of security to get our keys. Also there was no instructions on how to check out. We will stay again but recommend better communication
