Great location with restaurants and supermarket nearby. Helpful staff.

Comfortable, good facilities, good location, clean. There were even oil and spices (but a small pan would have been nice too, it was lacking).

These are generally nitpicks but some of them maybe deal breakers for you so listen. Wifi didn't work really good, we had to try other level's wifis (they were okay). The space in the bedrooms were not the most spacious. Beds could barely fit two people because the rooms were kind of small (we were at the 5th floor). it was kind of the roof level so, understandable. Parking is difficult if you have a car.

Nice apartment, exactly like the pictures, great staff (very helpful), helpful website with links to sites, restaurants and activities and helpful advice/tips, and good location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and if you’re up for it- to Praça da Figueira and from there, Mercado Braixa (really fun and lively market), from Braixa you can walk to a lot of shops and a mall..lively city center with a lot to see and do.

While it was not completely within their control, the elevator didn’t work so we had to use the stairs a lot, which isn’t great if you have a lot to carry. It would’ve been good if we were informed of this a few days in advance and not on the day of arrival.

The location was perfect.

You should clean the closets as well.
