Água do chuveiro oscilando entre quente e frio, espaço do chuveiro muito pequeno, barulho entre os quartos e do piso de cima. Não tem blackout nas janelas.

Per 7 persone è oggettivamente stretto, i divani letti non sono comodi quindi vanno bene per 1-2 notti, bagni piccoli e senza bidet, pochi piani di appoggio e accessori, asciugamani forniti appena sufficienti, posizione un po’ decentrata bisogna camminare un po’ in una zona poco curata per raggiungere il centro o la metro

Staff were extremely helpful and gave us all important info over WhatsApp before arrival, plus answers to any questions we had. Apartments are lovely and plenty of room for all the guests staying in each apartment (we were a big group so had a few rooms of different orientations). The offices are next door so not too far away for queries during stay and also a place to store luggage on the last day which was great. A few extra kitchen condiments and supplies were supplied which was really handy and saved us buying small things such as oil, tea, coffee & sugar etc. Entire apartment was really clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for getting ready and storing clothing and luggage. Great location and easily walkable to main part of city!

Small criticism which is not fault of hotel but the surrounding area where the apartments are is is a little untidy, we found this all around the city in fairness though, despite a lot of it being really lovely too. Bathroom in our apartment was a little tight with door opening inwards. Would be helpful if it opened outwards so you have more space. Also, double bed up against wall for two in most rooms is a little channeling. Some rooms may benefit from bed being move or being changed to singles to allow people to get in and out of bed more easily - this is not a dealbreaker though, again only a small criticism. Bin in communal hallway is a little smelly upon entry.

Nice interior design, easy to follow instructions. Place is clean, and the living room is spacious. The kitchen includes all the appliances one would need, including a coffee machine. We stayed at the last floor and all the rooms had air conditioner. There are nearby convenience stores, and a ton of restaurants with good rating.

Spacious apartment with two bathrooms located in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the great local breakfast cafe nearby, which was the perfect way to start our daily trips.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, but there is noticeable noise transfer from the upper floor due to the thin flooring, and footsteps can be heard quite easily. Additionally, the electrical circuit tends to trip when using the hairdryer, which is something future guests should be aware of.
