So clean and the gentlemen who booked us in was so helpful thank you for a lovely stay from some very tired travellers

Convenient to city centre. Comfortable stay for work colleagues.

Was unable to receive a tax invoice - inconvenient when using company funds.

The contemporary design was bang on trend and relaxing. The bedrooms are appointed beautifully. Beds nice and cosy. Aircon worked great and close to all you need. Nice mirrors and lamps. Great potential... missed the simple things!!!

The bathroom needs a makeover. Leaking shower, toilet lid needs refixing and straightening. Obvious water problems with rotting doorway. Only 2 bath towels on arrival, no hand towels or face washersl. Had to request more towels as there were 4 guests. No body wash, shampoo, or conditioner in cupboard as mentioned. Only some purple pump product, separated shampoo?? or something??? Brought our own. Bin not lined... 2 apartment keys, one for our unit 2, plus a key that said unit 1??? Didn't fit our door... This place has such great potential, but just missed the mark... Tea and granulated coffee could be fresher... no milk supplied, so bought our own.

We were given the code to a key safe which turned out to be empty. When we accessed the spare key, we used it and walked into an apartment that was already occupied. Some other issues were completely inadequate bedding - we borrowed doonas from friends 1 partially used toilet roll for 3 adults for a week - we bought our own no means of removing hot dishes from microwave - we borrowed a teatowel from friends we were instructed to deposit rubbish in bins in parking area or pay a cleaning fee - the only receptacles were padlocked skips which we could not open

Great location, decorating very modern and aesthetic. Beds super comfy. Hearing works well.

Cleaner still there an hour after we were due to check in.
