The location of the apartment is excellent, in the heart of the Old Town. If you like to be close to the caffès, shops, restaurants and bars, this is an ideal place for you. Even with all this, we didn’t hear much noise at the apartment. The place is clean and well maintained. Everything is new and the apartment is very tastefully decorated. Nespresso coffee machine with a lot of coffee pods were a great addition to the kitchen. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Our host Elia was amazing - very friendly, professional, kind and helpful. She really made every effort to make our stay pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable. We wish every host were like her.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We just have several suggestions that might make the overall experience even better. It would come in handy to have a few more towel hooks in the bathroom (maybe on the bathroom door). A shelf in the bathroom would also be lovely. A cleaning service offered on request (and charged extra) is something that might be considered. We stayed for 11 nights and we would have loved if we had the option to have our apartment cleaned one or two times (rather than clean it on our own). We didn’t cook, however we notice that there was not enough pans and pots in the kitchen, so maybe consider adding several more pieces.

Excellent location in the heart of old town Chania. Pretty apartment, in great condition and spotless. Good value for money. The kitchen was convenient and functional.

I would have liked a larger cooking pot and maybe a microwave.

Nothing! It is new and spotless!

The studio apartment was perfect for my needs. Everything I needed was there. Very clean with comfortable bed, scrupulously clean bedding & towels and really good shower plus air conditioning. Ideally situated. Owners were very helpful & responsive to messages. As travelling solo the size of room was perfect for me. The arrival arrangements went smoothly. I wasn't disturbed by the adjacent businesses generators although more noticeable during day. At night I didn't notice at all as my door shut and using air con myself. Some noise from street on Saturday night - nothing more than to be expected in a central location. On the whole remarkably quiet.

I didn't like having to leave!
