It was a bit tired re decor

Quality of food was good but small portions. Breakfast was a buffet style selection. Good choice. The location of Plockton was a pretty Lochside village.

The food was good quality but the small portions did not offer value for money. This hotel experience was by far too expensive for the very little offered in comparison. Our room was by a noisy fire exit , which was used by staff and customers to stand and smoke. Our bathroom was across the hallway. Very expensive room at £650 for two nights and NOT even en-suite. No one particular member of staff in charge. Very disorganised. No dedicated reception area for check in and same lack of staff at check out. No one around. This total lack of service at this price is galling. Smokers left the cigarette ends on the steps to the fire exit entrance. The smoke wafted into our room. Unpleasant experience all round. The staff did not make the bed, empty the bin, no teabags during our two night stay. Kettle cord didn’t reach the plug. No attention to detail that would match the price paid.

Zimmer war teuer und in einem extrem schlechten Zustand und alt. Alles war schmudelig und schmutzig! Zimmer wurden am Morgen nicht gemacht!! Frühstücksbuffet war minimalistisch und Kaffee sehr schlecht. Personal überfordert am Morgen. Frühstücksraum ungemütlich. Preis-Leistung stimmt auf keinen Fall!

Sobrevalorado para lo que ofrecen. El hotel está fragmentado en varias propiedades cerca, pero si necesitas algo en la tarde o muy temprano no hay nadie en recepción que pueda ayudarte a cambiar toallas o pedir shampoo y cosa así.
