- Not a 4 person appartment. Sleeping couch is terrible, you can not offer this as a 2 person bed - Airco not working properly and very noisey - Water while showering doesn't stay warm/ not even after someone came to fix it - Very small bathroom for 4 persons - Was on 4th floor w/o elevator. This should be stated very clearly upfront and not finding out at arrival. - Kitchen facilities very basic - Horrible pillows - Selling it as 4 persons app. but only 2 chairs at table - Photo's at booking not reflecting reality. Selling it as "high-end" appartment but isn't good value for money

This was a nice little apartment for my short stay.Other than the stairs which I didn’t know about until just before I arrived, it was exactly as described. Clean and nicely decorated. It is a little loud in the neighborhood but even that was addresses with the amenities. I would definitely use again.

hot water from the shower: it was not constant, it changed to cold water after a while.

57 stairs to reach the unit. Terrible construction equipment noise all night. HVAC wouldn’t go under 70.

Needed some sharp knives. dresser or some Ikea cubes in bedroom for clothes... very odd 3 switches in little hall by bathroom but none turnwd that light on/off ... a couple larger bowls for cereal/salad would have been nice

Great location, flexible check in and check out.

Updated, minimalist interior design. Near Copley Station on the green line. Easy, keyless building access. Walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants, and parks. Dangerously close to late night eats. Combined washer/dryer unit can take several hours to dry clothes completely. Don't use anything above a medium spin cycle or it might shimmy down the hall. Noise mentioned in other reviews was not a big issue. The street can get very busy which is great and you will hear the neighbors walking with purpose upstairs. The pluses here outweigh any drawbacks.
