Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder The Magnolia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a four story building with stair access. The elevator is available for ADA use only. There is no cable, daily housekeeping, oven, or stove. You will be on a busy street and located above a restaurant with late night noise. Earplugs and a white noise machine are provided.

The location was great

The bed was only a full which is not great for two people. The parking for two nights was 128.00. It would be nice if there was at least coffee to brew in the morning.

Communication was fluid, quick, precise and useful. The location was amazing, we loved the neighborhood. The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The room was amazingly quiet, despite of the rest of the comments we read, there really was no noise.

The kitchen has no where to cook with a pan.

Fantastic location, spacious, clean, big kitchen

Bedroom tiny- full sized bed ( not a queen) with one side pushed up against a wall—hard to fit 2 adults— one has to climb over top of the other to get in and out of the bed. Not able to walk around the foot of bed either— room barely holds the full sized bed. Pull out couch also very uncomfortable. Hot water fluctuates from scalding to ice in the shower.

"Safe, smart & clean apt in a great building & location."

Excellent location, apt neat, clean & bright. Access to get in out was safe & easy. Staircases & apt were also bright and smartly decorated in a minimal manner. Heating & WiFi were good. Kitchen well stocked.

mattress on sofa bed in apt 33 was awful. bumpy & springs poking out & could be felt everywhere. Couldn’t sleep well for a single proper night. Mattress also sloping downwards at the head side so it felt like you were hanging downwards while sleeping. The bathroom desperately needs hooks behind the door to hang clothes and towels. Disappointed that they didn’t even give 1 hour late check out w/o payment. Around the world all hotels/airbnbs give at least that much allowance. Place had said earlier that there was an area in the building to store luggage that’s why I booked here but once there I found out there was no space. I had to put my luggage in storage nearby for a fee! Check out was 11am & my flight was 10pm! Unfortunate that property was not accommodating for that reason. However communication with them was prompt.
