Element by Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk

Me and my Fiancé had a weekend getaway this weekend, the moment we pulled up the valet team on came out to greet us and got my girls door first, which is always a huge thing for me! Jake and Mario went above and beyond to grab our luggage and was teaching bc some new people the way the do things. I found it very comforting and amazing as you don’t tend to see that very often at hotels. Thank you for a great weekend!

This was the most amazing experience here in San Antonio at the Element Hotel!! The staff was amazing from beginning to end! Great shout out to Keneshia for assisting us with getting our things situated ( it was a mess since we added extra items 😜)!!!

The convenience to the freeways, riverwalk and market place.

The cost of the valet. $50 a night is a little high and the parking garage where they took it was 5 blocks away.

My family and I had a fantastic time at the Element by Westin. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable for my family of five. My kids really enjoyed having plenty of space to relax and play, while my husband and I appreciated some much-needed time together. The absolute best part was the breakfast buffet. Each day featured a different star dish, and Ana from the kitchen effortlessly handled the high demands of catering to over 300 guests while always maintaining a smile on her face. I am leaving the hotel today feeling fully satisfied and grateful for the wonderful hospitality shown by all the staff we encountered at the Element by Westin. 💖

Roomy, nice location

Noisy area, A/C was super loud, gave the wrong time for breakfast. Valet parking took a really really long time to retrieve vehicle

Room was very clean. Bed was super comfy.
