The Retreat at Anna Maria Island Inn

Facilities were good, clean and modern Looks like it’s just had recent refurb. Access to the beach is only a stones throw away which we liked.

Rooms are spread out across various locations on the beach front and not the easiest to find. There are tight noise curfews after 10pm as this is within residential dwellings, However we found ourselves in the middle of a birthday celebration well into the small hours from the room next door. Not the best of sleeps for our 1 night we stayed due to the noise and loud music, there was also construction going on to a nearby location which began early morning 7.30am so again quite a bit of noise from this. Given the modern refurb they’ve overlooked facilitating a USB charge point Anywhere in the room which in these modern times would have been an easy fix.

The retreat was very nice! Great amount of space and necessities for my fiancé and I. We really liked that someone came and restocked towels while we were gone.

We did not realize we would be able to hear everything our next door neighbor did since we had a shared door. The door was not down to the floor, so there was no true privacy. We could hear when they would talk, use the bathroom, play music etc. we could also see when their lights were on. A little uncomfortable. The pool amenity was also a little deceiving as it was no where near our stay, and it looked way smaller in person.

No shade on door so outside lights made room to bright to rest. Housekeeping didn't perform well on my second day.

Love the proximity to the beach and the amenities, love the room and the location we stayed in 407 and having kids, their best part was minigolf. Also, loved the free parking, and the pool by the beach.

We booked last minute through booking.com, called the number on the confirmation but no one answered, we waited almost 1h with kids in the car, luckily there were 2 ppl that already staying at the property and informed us about the office, but the confirmation said no directions other than to call the number...

Beautiful room, amazing decor and the bathroom was beautiful!! We stayed a block from tye beach it was an easy walk.

Locating the office was alitte difficult.
