The Preserve

Overall not bad. Place is nice and clean. However, a few mosquitoes were found the room and one bed frame extended metal piece toward bathroom creating a safety hazard. Wife and daughter were hurt due to this condition.

It was quiet. The bed was not the most comfortable.

Close to restaurant,gas station, and only like 30 min away from Yellowstone West entrance.

Cute and nice place to stay. Will definitely stay again. Grateful for the refrigerator and microwave.The bathroom was a great surprise especially with how accessible it was and it was really nice in there. Overall loved it. Thank you.

Our review started at a minus 5 but went to a plus 10 after finally communicating with someone. We arrived at our small one room 2 bed cabin to find no key in the lockbox. Found a housekeeper who spoke no English and through Google translate communicated to him we were locked out. He got a key and opened to find Goldilocks already sleeping in our bed. He had no idea what to do, no one runs the property. Called the number my check-in instructions were texted on and left a message that we we're cold and hungry and locked out. After half an hour of growing anger we got a text to "wait in Cabin 10 until we figure this out". Cabin 10 was a 3 bed/2 bath family cabin that even had a piano in the living room, so all was forgiven after we got in there! Were still cold and hungry (it was 8 pm by then and we had been in a snow storm in Yellowstone) but some food and a hot bath cured that. So, to round it up, cabins and property were great, communication and having no onsite manager sucked.

It was kind of easy to find. Google maps thought it was further back off the road but we found it. It was easy to get in and get settled. It's a cute place.

This area is still under construction but boy is it going to be nice. The preserve was a great place to stay I was so comfortable slept like a baby!! Loved it!!

Very nice, clean, nice decor, and would highly recommend. Would certainly stay again....the manager at time of stay was exceptional !!!!!
