The bed was too soft! Lighting was poor

Arrived at property at 5:30 pm room not ready as it was supposed to be by 4:00 & our name was not on door per email. There was a cleaning person there but she did not speak good English but she finally reached someone who gave instructions on how to get in room. There were 4 other parties there trying to access their rooms & had the same problems. However, because there was no cell service, we didn't receive the text with the instructions until the next day. Too late! Not good service!

Our cabin was very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and good TV available. WiFi was a little slow. Very adequate bathroom supplies as well as Keurig coffee selections. Recommend as a good value for the price.

Property is hard to locate. Room was not ready at 4:00 for us to check in. Key was missing from lock box so had to go in search of help. The cabin was wonderful! Quiet and clean. Overall I would give our stay a 9 out of 10.

The property was VERY clean and comfortable; beds, linen, towels etc... We stayed one night in the one bedroom and one night in the three bedroom. I loved that it was close to ATV rentals, immediately across Big Springs, and a great restaurant. I would have appreciated a side night stand next to the bed.

Room was very large. Beds were comfortable. Nicely decorated. Room had one small trash can only. Cobwebs were hanging from the ceiling. Had several towels, but only one washcloth. I sent a text about that. Got an answer the following morning that cleaning person would bring more when they arrived-too late to be needed. Bath mat was filthy. No fan in the bathroom, no fan in the room.

Our cabin had a terrible smell about it - no amount of airing the place got rid of it Check in was very messy. No name on our door and only for the fact that the cleaning lady happened to be there at 4pm and was able to call someone who then called the managers to give us our room number. Cabin was very spacious and had all you needed but the smell overshadowed our stay

I stayed in a single cabin. It was ok. The carpet was a bit dirty. There wasn’t a kitchen, as advertised. It was hard to find. I don’t recommend coming after sunset. The cabin was cute though.

Great property with private hot tub and lights!

Awesome accommodations, so beautifully decorated! Clean, easy to get to location. Quiet and clean. Good communication!
