Comfortable & clean room. Good location

Nice location at Capital hill. Clean and good size studio with everything you need for a short to medium length stay. Communal laundry facility was very helpful as we have been travelling for a long period so very badly needed the laundry . Flawless contactless check-in and checkout process

Incredibly disappointed with the service and facilities. Booking incorrectly handled and complex without sufficient rooms or beds provided. Unable to accommodate us (our whole party) despite two rooms and two beds being paid for in advance . I was travelling with elderly parents and there was little to no sympathy or help provided. No assistance for seeking another place to stay was provided. We had to seek another place to stay at considerable expense, stress and inconvenience. Requested a refund for incorrect services provided, and this is yet to be received. We been travelling for many years, and have been really disappointed with the Marriott experience

The location was a 10, the room was very nice inside

The highway noise was a bit loud, and the shared spaces the rugs need a little love

The location was the best part: in a quiet neighborhood with interesting restaurants, pubs, and people, but right across the freeway from downtown and the convention center.

I can't answer questions on these surveys about dining facilities, staff, and other amenities because this is an apartment with a floor or two devoted to out-of-towners, There is nothing for travelers but a room. That worked for me, but it won't work for everyone.

This was a fabulous place, so much nicer than a hotel we had stayed in downtown. Clean and modern, comfortable, really pleasant. Glorious bed, great shower, nice tiny kitchenette, subtle air-conditioning. The walls were basically glass, so some people might feel like they're being observed, but we didn't mind. Easy to get in with the codes and the neighborhood was pleasant and not as scary as some of the downtown ones. I wish we'd stayed here the whole time. And a great Pho restaurant right downstairs.

It was really annoying that we couldn't see the codes in the email directly and had to click on a link. The app wouldn't open on my phone! Luckily I was traveling with my laptop and could open the email, otherwise we would have been really screwed. Next time, just send the codes in the email please.
