Great location, the BEST Mexican food spot next door, clean place, could grab new towels & do laundry when needed. We loved our stay here.

The pillows were not comfortable

Nice new apartment with a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

It needs a small table and a couple of chairs. What is the use of having a fully equipped kitchen and no where to sit and have meals! The hot water to the shower and basin takes over 6 minutes to get warm. I notified Sonder by message because they never answer the phone. Provided lip service after I contacted them again. Sonder were a nightmare to deal with. Especially when they programmed the wrong code to get into the room. It was just pure luck that someone from Sonder was walking around on our floor who manually reprogrammed it. Otherwise we would still be standing outside the room because they never answer the phone!. I won’t be booking through sonder again.

. Es un hotel fantasma. Nunca vimos ni a una persona . Al llegar a la madrugada,me habían dado mal la.clave de ingreso y estuve casi 3 horas tirada en el pasillo con mis hijos y las valijas,agotados del viaje llamando a los teléfonos de contacto. Luego de 3 horas nos dieron una habitación para 2 personas así que tuvimos que dormir 3 personas en 1 cama doble chica. Recién al día siguiente a la tarde nos dieron la habitación reservada luego de haber dormido mal y de haber perdido el único día que tenía para conocer Seattle. Desde ese día ( hace 5 días) estoy reclamando un reintegro y compensación económica y aún no resuelven que es lo que " merezco". No sé puede manejar un hotel sin que haya aunque sea UNA persona para resolver los imprevistos Y encima para la atención on líne son lentísimos.. NO RECOMIENDO..
