Great location in a safe neighbourhood, and a very comfortable studio. Contactless checkin was completely problem-free. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Downtown is within a walking distance.

The property and room are great, but there were no check in instructions sent to me. I had to wait for almost an hour while a representative reached out to them.

The building was very secure, requiring keypad entry at the door as well as elevator and a different code for the room. The studio was very clean, and the building itself was quiet. We were facing the expressway, and we could hear a low hum of traffic that did not bother us at all. There was a sound machine as well as earplugs for those who are light sleepers. The bed was firm and we found it to be comfortable with an excellent duvet cover. The kitchen area was well stocked and once again extremely clean. The water, temperature and pressure of the shower were excellent. There were several restaurants on the same block and we ate in the sushi restaurant which we enjoyed thoroughly. The Pine Box on the corner is an excellent place to try different microbrew beers and voodoo donuts across the street is always welcome for a nightcap! It is a short walk down Pine Street to the train station as well as Nordstrom’s and Macy’s. Just a short walk further is Pike market. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and comfortable check in via an app and code for front door and room door. The room was very clean and modern and very well equiped. I had one issue with my door code not working but was able to sort it out via the apps customer support to get back into the room.

I did not mind this as I am not fussed about noise but the rooms are facing a very busy interstate (3 lanes each side etc A LOT of traffic) which is noticeable. I sleep with white noise on so I did not even notice but if someone is a light sleeper or needs it quiet you may want to think of choosing a different place.

This room had everything you needed to feel comfortable and because of that, I will definitely stay again! Check-in was seamless and contactless. The little kitchenette even had cleaning supplies underneath the sink! The blinds did a pretty good job blocking out light so I could sleep well. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great pressure. I really appreciated the simple layout. The location was also super convenient to nearby restaurants - walkable. 10/10, would recommend!

I loved the location and the laundry room. Live traveling back home with clean clothes. I also liked the security measure taken at the door.

I wish it had stools that were at the height of the bar. The ones in the room were too short for the bar.
