December Hotel

The hotel is in a central location, however it is not loud in the rooms. It's close to beach, restaurants and everything you might look for. The beds were super comfortable and there wasn't any noice from other rooms so we could really relax well. The staff was great, helpful and at hand all the time. Breakfast was amazing as well. You could find a lot of different kinds of cuisines and it was changed very often, keeping everything nice and fresh. The pool area had a nice and relaxing vibe too, as well as the pool bar. The food there was great too. We really wished we could be there longer than till 8pm. We were very happy with our choice and would choose this hotel again.

There were really just few small things. Personally, as non smokers, it was very inconvenient for us at times to be around the pool since there were ashtrays on all tables and people did smoke everywhere as well. Especially since it's a hotel with kids it would be great to have a non smoking area. There were quite few sunbeds too and some people kept it "reserved" with towels whole day, even though they weren't by the pool. Then the glass situation in bathroom was very peculiar to us too, I don't see why anyone would like to watch their company using toilet. This is solvable by a roll-down screen which, however, because of all the water doesn't look the cleanest. And last thing we found uncomfortable was the situation with receiving a card saying "protect your valuables, hotel is not responsible" after first cleaning next to our jewellery on the bedside table. It really felt like they were saying "hide it or we'll take it". For such hotel we'd expect they won't have problems with staff stealing or whatever was that supposed to mean.

Amazing hotel with beautiful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The infinity pool was stunning, the rooms were clean and stylish, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole stay felt peaceful and luxurious. Perfect place to relax in Nha Trang.

Honestly, nothing significant. Everything exceeded expectations.

Номер, вид из номера - было видно колесо обозрения на острове и частично море Расположение очень удачное , рядом все есть- интересные магазины, вкусные рестораны . Выход к морю возле отеля Винперл- лучшая часть городского пляжа Завтраки хорошие, выбор достаточный , персонал работает слаженно . Кофейня классная возле лобби

В первые сутки был странный , резкий запах в номере, может быть бытовая химия с таким запахом

December has a cozy, well-organized and spacious place to stay. I've always picked this hotel, and the service is being better and better.

The pool is small, not enough space during peak hours, I expected to add more space for the pool.
