Neat, extremely clean and homely feeling

Hmmmm breakfast can’t say that it was basic Need to work in that I guess

The hotel is very good! The room is big, have big wardrobe, bed very comfortable, nice shower and another leaving room separate with a kettle and coffe/tea, what make the experience great! It is beautiful.

The breakfast was poor. No many options.

We enjoyed the generous spaciousness of the apartments, the quality of the finishes, and the fun faux Rococo ritziness. We liked the view of the sky, the balloons drifting across in the early morning. We loved being in Avanos - it’s so much more pleasant a place to be than Göreme. We would happily stay here again.

The breakfast is acceptable, and far better than you would get in an Australian motel. However, given the excellent quality of local fresh produce that we saw in the Friday markets, there is potential to easily do something much better. Also, we think 9am is a late starting time for breakfast.
