Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Techniker erst am nächsten Tag kommen könnten. Einen Ventilator hat man uns auf unsere Bitte hin ebenfalls nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. So mussten wir eine Nacht bei über 30 °C mit offenem Fenster und entsprechendem Lärm verbringen. Am nächsten Tag erhielten wir zwar ein anderes, kleineres Zimmer, jedoch gab es in der gesamten Einheit nur eine einzige Klimaanlage. Diese musste dauerhaft laufen, um das Apartment zu kühlen. Zudem gab es pro Zimmer nur eine Karte, die gleichzeitig die Stromversorgung aktivierte. Das bedeutete, dass die Karte immer im Stromsteckplatz bleiben musste und wir die Hotelangestellten jedes Mal bitten mussten, das Zimmer für uns aufzuschließen.

Ottimo struttura a 15min dal centro di avanos, parcheggio privato,la camera era molto grande ,kit di benvenuto nel frigo con acqua, coca cola aranciata e thè ,nel bagno oltre ai soliti bagnoschiuma e shampoo era presente anche una crema corpo.la camera veniva pulita e rifornita di acqua e prodotti bagno tt i giorni. Buona la colazione tipica turca ma a buffet anche se inizia un po' tardi alle 9

Vorrei dire nulla ma devo segnalare sperando che troviate una soluzione, le tende oscuranti presenti se pur belle e scenografiche nn fanno il loro lavoro , risultato luce in camera già dall'alba.

Everything else is superb

Keep in mind: breakfast at the hotel starts at 9 a.m. And all the nearby cafes and shops also open at 9. So if you have an early departure like we did, you’ll be leaving hungry.

Our stay at Pearl of Cappadocia was truly exceptional. The service and staff were outstanding always available, kind, and genuinely caring. It’s the best service we’ve experienced. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable it really feels like home. We’ve already come back three times, and every stay has been just amazing. It’s without a doubt our favorite hotel in Cappadocia. Can only recommend this place and a big thank you to the wonderful team at Pearl of Cappadocia for having us.

Temizlik odalarin büyüklüğü kahvalti calisan personelin iletisimi ve yardimseverligi harikaydi. Gözünüz kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz.
