Unable to use tv due to poor internet Had to use plug from bathroom for kitchen sink No tea towels Initially got put into unit with no cooking facilities but was then moved WiFi connection was weak and only worked near front door.

Didn’t have to travel far to see family and friends

Nice size apartment in a good location.

No internet details. Internet TV would not work. No welcome pack with tea, coffee etc for a drink. Could be cleaner.

Good location, car park was safe and secure. Property was clean and as described.

Some difficulty getting the TV to work, but we lived without it.

Huge space, should have brought a yoga mat! Sparss but spick, span, tidy and clean enough. Please change address on booking.com from malthouse to ye olde bull inn accomodation. Very confusing and the people in the other bigger Malthouse across the river clearly fed up of tourists in their driveway/knocking at the door

Crockery was not properly cleaned. No bread knife. No tea towel. Bed and sofa not very comfortable

There are faulty house fixtures such as air vent or windows and door lock.

This owner should be ashamed. We booked as it had free parking. The owner text in advance to share our number plate so he could register, which we did. We then also did it in person with him on arrival. We have then had 4 months of charges, months of letters and calls from a debt recovery company and told we would be sent to court if we didn’t pay the £170. He told me he cancelled it 2 months ago, but is refusing to take any calls, won’t reply to any texts and we’ve been forced to spend £170 on a parking fine that is not our fault. His customer service is horrendous and he should be ashamed as a host to have put us through such stress, and now financial difficulties paying this fine. The night cost us £83, and the fines £170! Ludicrously Stay clear of this property!!!

Location worked for us being so central. It had a parking space which was very helpful for unloading and loading up the car. It was very clean and felt very fresh and airy. Lots of room for two people. We had a small problem which when reported was rectified with promptly, and got feed back straight away.

Il feel that it could do with a few finishing touches. Ie iron/ironing board Hairdryer etc. A few cleaning products would be advantageous for customers especially if this is the first location for a holiday. Maybe even small amount of Tea/coffee/sugar and small cartons of milk would be nice. We also felt that the bathroom could do with some shelving. We found it a bit fiddly for our contact lens having to balance on the sink!
