The bed was comfy

Very basic and the TV didn't work but as we was there only the 1 night, the sofa bed was very hard

Spacious, clean, tidy welcoming and friendly staff, dog friendly, large American sized fridge, freezer.amazing kettle.

No pots, pans, cooking equipment but did have cooking utensils, the building contractors need to come back and repair a few things that have not been fixed properly but it did not effect our stay there.
